Service Level:
StoneBridge broadband service is symmetrical, download and upload speeds are equivalent.

Customer Location Requirements: 
The minimum customer requirement is a PC equipped with an Ethernet 10/100Mb network interface card connected to a router. Routers are required to establish minimum firewall security for our customer’s protection.

StoneBridge Installed Equipment:
StoneBridge installs two pieces of equipment for all subscribers. A subscriber unit (often called radio) and a small directional antenna. The antenna is installed outside pointing to one of our StoneBridge towers. A cable runs from the antenna to the subscriber unit. From the subscriber unit, a cable will run to the customer’s router. All connections are via indoor/outdoor Cat 5 cable with RJ45 connectors.

Installation:
Installation is performed by trained StoneBridge Field Service Engineers. Antennas can be roof or exterior wall-mounted, depending on the best site location for service. Cable is run to the customers preferred location and connected to the subscriber unit. 

Service:
StoneBridge provides a 24 hour / 7 day a week service line for reporting any outages or equipment problems. StoneBridge will repair or replace defective equipment at no charge to the customer unless the equipment is intentionally damaged, misused or abused.

Email:
Your service includes email addresses as indicated by service level. Additional Email Addresses are only $2 per address per month

Virus Protection:
Another layer of protection to help protect your systems and data.

SPAM Filtering:
StoneBridge knows the value of your time and resources, and we assist in blocking nuisance mail.

Scalable Broadband Internet Access:
All StoneBridge internet access services are scalable. We can grow with your business.

Static IP:
One Static IP included; additional IPs available upon request.

NO Charge for Customer Premise Equipment:
A $1000 value. Others charge for their equipment, but StoneBridge believes service providers should deliver service and the required hardware for connectivity.
